About Ilgi: Ilgi is an innovative leader who has created groundbreaking new businesses centering on new technologies for brands spanning different industries. Currently, she is steering the game plan as Head of Global Strategy at Journee, the leading immersive web enterprise solution.Past life? Most recently she was heading up the innovation lab for Pernod Ricard, The Absolut Company before she jumped headfirst to the web3 pool as a ‘venture builder’. Over the years, she has helped global brands with their growth strategies and mentored 20+ start-ups through her roles at Outlier Ventures, Antler, Tech Nordic Advocates amongst others. Her achievements have earned her recognition as one of the Top 100 Women shaping the Metaverse and Web3 space in 2022 and named amongst the 50 women business leaders in Sweden by Breakit.

About Ann Kathrin: Ann Kathrin Heintz-Schekahn, 1981 in Toronto geboren, ist seit Oktober 2022 Head of Brand Development bei OTTO. Nach Abschluss des internationalen BWL-Studiums in England, Spanien und Frankreich startete sie 2006 als Produktmanagerin bei L’Oréal Deutschland und wechselte 2008 ins internationale Marketing bei tesa in ihrer Heimatstadt Hamburg. Neben einem dreijährigen Aufenthalt in Brüssel, wo sie das Marketing der Benelux Länder leitete, entdeckte sie bei tesa ihre Liebe zur Markenführung. Dort verantwortete sie die Entwicklung der ersten internationalen TV-Kampagne und den Relaunch des Corporate Designs. Nun steht bei Ann Kathrin die Weiterentwicklung der Marke OTTO im Fokus, mitten in der größten Transformation der Unternehmensgeschichte – spannender geht‘s nicht!

About Iskra: Iskra Velichkova is the Head of Brand at Kleinanzeigen. For 15 years, she has led brand campaigns for various prestigious brands such as Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, and Bosch Home Appliances. Seven years ago, she took on the task of building the brand marketing for another strong brand: eBay Kleinanzeigen. Recently, she oversaw the rebranding of the brand to "Kleinanzeigen" in May 2023.
