About Steffen: Steffen is working at Lufthansa Innovation Hub as a Senior Venture Development Manager and has a passion for Web3 tech and the video gaming industry. At the Innovation Hub he is leading the airline group's first blockchain project: Uptrip - a gamified loyalty app which allows passengers to collect trading cards as NFTs with every flight. Prior to working at Lufthansa, Steffen co-founded multiple startups in the FinTech & Gaming sector as CTO and has been building engineering teams for SaaS companies.
About Philipp: Philipp is the Director of Business Development EMEA at Polygon Labs and focuses on supporting corporates and brands transitioning from web3 to web3. He has a 10+ years background in sales and business development and has been in the crypto space for about 5 years.
